We have the choice to buy a warranty from another provider and give it to the customer, which is a common practice now a days. Unlike that procedure, we give our own warranty so that we can have close contact with our valued customers even after we sell the house. Our warranty covers everything from foundation to paint and carpet on top of the manufacturer’s warranty. This will also help us to establish a long term relationship with our customers and get their feed back.
